How do I join?
Make a Hympala account. That's it. You're a member.
Does it cost anything?
No. Joining is free, staying is free.
Points
How do I earn points?
1 point per €1 on full-price items, in store or online. Sale items don't earn.
Do points expire?
Only if your account goes 24 months with no activity at all.
Tiers
How do I move up?
Tier is based on full-price spend over your account lifetime. It updates automatically.
Can I drop a tier?
If you refund enough to fall below the threshold, yes. The system tracks real spend, not bonus points.
Rewards
When can I redeem?
Whenever your balance hits a reward's cost. Redemption is final — your code is yours.
How long do reward codes last?
60 days from the moment you redeem. After that they expire.
Can I use a reward code with a sale item?
No. Codes apply to full-price items only and don't combine with other discounts.
Referrals
How does referring work?
Share your code. When someone signs up with it and places their first order, you get 250 points. They get 100.
Is there a limit?
Up to 5 completed referrals per calendar month.
